\nFloral, Amber, Chypre\u2026<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n[vc_column_text]Silk tree, Acacia from Constantinople, \u201cSilk Flower\u201d<\/em> in Persian, \u201cNight Sleeper\u201d<\/em> in Iran, Nemuroki, which means \u201cSleeping Tree\u201d<\/em> in Japan, the Albizia is an ornamental tree native to Asia. Its inflorescences are white-pink, pale pink or pinkish-red. Between May and July, they exhale a complex perfume of extreme delicacy. There is a hint of jasmine, reminiscences of ylang ylang, clove leaves, pink berries and a touch of wild strawberries. It was the Florentine naturalist, Filippo Degli Albizzi, who introduced to Europe in 1749 a kind of ornamental acacia discovered in Constantinople.
