The House of PHAEDON PARIS asked perfumer Pierre GUILLAUME to compose a new men’s scent, inspired by the landscapes of Sicily. On the ridge paths overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, contemplating the horizon, the meadows stretching their lush vegetation as far as Etna… Italian Lavender, Mandarin Tree and Calabrian Lemon harmonize with Cedar and Hay from Sicily, in the heart of a Mediterranean summer…

Sicily or the Mediterranean soul
Let us stop for a moment on the island of Stromboli: known, frequented and inhabited since Antiquity, its traditional economy was based on typically Mediterranean agricultural productions: olives, vines, figs, and peaches cultivated on the sides of a volcano. This volcano that the inhabitants of the island personify and whose moods they dread and which they nickname Iddu, which means “him” in Sicilian.
